• Quote requests. When you submit our "Request a quote" form, we collect the details you provide — name, business name, email, phone (optional), industry, team size, and your message.
• Technical data. Basic session information needed to keep you signed in.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
• To respond to your quote requests and provide our services.
• To send service-related email such as verification and password-reset messages.
• To improve and secure our service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our email delivery provider (Resend) and the AI model providers used to run your workflows — and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. For workflow data, zero-retention settings are available on request.

Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
